It's probably a good thing I didn't make it out of the house this morning, cause it's snowing like crazy now. I miss being a little kid, though. Or having someone around to be a little kid with. Even if my brother weren't working today, I somehow doubt he'd be willing to go out in the backyard and have a snowball fight with me. *sigh*
I watched the rerun of Elijah Wood on Letterman last night, and while I'll never admit that he's hot, he is, without question, absolutely adorable. If it wasn't his first appearance on a talk show, it seemed like it was -- he was much too eager. Very cute.
This could turn into a LOTR (#8 1/3 tomorrow? {g}) ramble, so I'll cut myself off there. You're welcome.
One of the doctors at work actually told me to have a sense of humour the other day. Gaaah.
Ugh, okay, now it's just really thick rain.
Man, I'm very random today.

sarah posted this link about Peter Gzowski, and it sounds much too much like an obituary :(
I've never considered the possibility of him dying. Which sounds stupid, but there are some people you do realize will die sometime, and others you just don't. And he can't. Even just thinking about the possibility makes the idea of Canada seem a little less real. (This is, of course, the sole reason-d'etre of celebrities -- to maintain the fabric of reality.)

Um... what's happened to my layout? Noooo...
That picture (maybe a link will work? maybe not) is evil, evil I tell you.
I was the victim of a drive-by snowballing yesterday. (Which, if you've seen Clerks, could be interpreted as being obscene and probably physically impossible, but no, that's not what I mean.) Car full of teenage guys drove past the bus stop, whacked me with a snowball, and apparently got the guy next to me, too, cause he took off running after the car, screaming "Fucking faggot!" at the top of his lungs. (Whereas I just stood there staring blankly, my reaction speed being pretty darn slow at that time of the morning.)
It was amusing -- the reaction of the other guy at the bus stop more so than the snowballers themselves. I realize he's got to try to defend his masculinity and save face after such a vicious attack, but dude, surely you know that's how they want you to react?
Silly boys.

Hey! You say that like it's a bad thing {g}.
Threesome does suck... I'd only rent it if you're so desperate for a Josh Charles fix that you don't mind putting up with Stephen Baldwin. *shudder*
Ooh! Which reminds me!
Goddamn... I have the perfect picture to post. But.
The software I need to scan it hasn't been reinstalled since the computer died the last time. I don't know where the disk is or anything. It's too late to make noise digging around looking for it. Grrr!
Tomorrow! Watch this space!

Look! I'm not wallowing in depression! Yay!
I think turning off the Elliott Smith was a good idea. (thanks) Also, large quantities of chocolate and anticipation of a new, sure-to-be awful season of US QaF [which I would link to, if Showtime wasn't EVIL] always ... what's the opposite of depressing? It's kind of depressing in itself that I can't think of the word. ... happifying? No.
"cheering, inspiriting, exhilarating; cardiac, cardiacal; pleasing"?
Hm. I don't think there is a decent antonym. (Cardiacal? What?) Inspiriting is kind of fun though.
Chocolate and bad TV are always inspiriting. There.
